  Yeah I’m least priority cause I’m NOBODY and you have your hands full and brag about your customers coming in and out that day are athletes and were being sponsored by the big brands. Well I don’t care cause I’M PAYING WITH MY OWN MONEY and customers who are NOBODY should have better treatment cause they’ve be your regulars in the future. I’m not the only one complaining cause YOU CHIPPED MY MATE’s SWORKS VENGE VIAS AND PRETENDED IT WAS ALREADY THERE. Never again... you lost not only me but along with a fleet of my group.

  Walked into Velocipede and straight away was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The vibe is great the staff don't push a sale, they really do take their time to understand what is best of the customer. The amount of detail they went into with my bike service was great. I ended up buying a bike for my girlfriend. The team made sure we had a coffee or a water and tailored the bike to suit her.

  Best part about it is that the staff are genuinely passionate about what they do and why they do it. I Work in parramatta in the fitness industry and have recommended all my client pay them a visit.

  We had the most enjoyable experience with the guys from velocipede. With their help my boyfriend surprised me with a new bike and everything I would need to myself riding. As someone who's recently had an ACL reconstruction, the advise around positioning and movement was invaluable. Highly recommend coming in and seeing what they're all about!

  True masters of their trade supported with a family friendly staff. I was served by Gavin (Guy with accent) and went in for a front derailleur fix and came back with a new bike. Lad went above and beyond. Found my new local bike shop. Top job boys
