Went to the shop yesterday and the sales person named Selena was least bothered. She lacks customer service skills, she left us to try the shoes on our own while she stood away staring outside the window. My mother couldn't find the right fit and Selena couldn't be bothered to ask if we want another shoe to try on, we walked and bought shoes from another place instead...they lost a sale because of bad customer service....just not happy at all!
