  I'd rather pay $10 a ticket at reading Auburn down the road for the same movie. 5 min ads and more affordable combo packs.

  No staff waiting to sell tickets, no staff at concession stand, lines waiting to be served.

  It's OK but the common areas and theaters could be better maintained. I do like their Gold Class which has good service. Their ticket counter is often closed so you have to go to the confectionery pay counters to buy them. Also, the confectionery area is self serve. Major plus point - purchase tickets online and chose seats! I hate cinemas without seat allocation. Don't expect to see too many small indie films or documentaries here.

  Is able to charge so much for drinks and popcorn, but can't give you a extra bucket/box or cup. No service at all.

  The experience was great seats were comfortable, staff were great the staff went out of their way to help my wife who fainted in the cinema after the movie. Highly recommended.
