    Walked in and had some young arrogant kid try and sell me the most expensive products that I didn't need, despite me telling him I didn't need it. Honestly felt like he was more interested in ripping me off then helping. Go elsewhere for your bike needs.

    I went to bike barn to pump up my bike tyres. During my visit Rick(staff member with a mustache) intentionally SPIKED & then pressured my bike tubes because he wanted me to buy new tubes from him ... as soon as I left the shop my tyres went down within 20min. I returned to make a compliant later that day & end up meeting the shop Owener (Jeff). I explained the situation to him. Jeff was very nice & friendly person he even offered me free tube which i refused to accept because i had already bought new tubes from another shop and I showed Jef the receipt & old spiked tube as evidence.

    A definite "No" from me I will not purchase any more nor recommend this shop ...arrogance and sarcasm surely has no place in this modern day especially if it is in the service industry and u are not a big player....
