  Went in one weekend for a last minute pink slip/e-safety certificate (same day) - staff were professional and courteous - certainly saved my bacon when everywhere else was booked out or closed.

  Went there for a rego inspection(Pink Slip) last Sat. The staff was very nice, patient and completed the service much sooner than i expected. I thought i may be asked to change parts so that they could charge more. Yet i was only asked to pay for the inspection fee of $40. Previously i went to another franchised auto service at Parramatta Westfield, I was asked to pay some other services that were unnecessary (eg wheel alignment, change my 4 near-new tyres etc), or i would not pass the inspection. They even broke the handbrake. This Utlra tune is truly honest. Of course, who knows what happen next time and different person have different experiences. At least i give 5 stars this time.

  Then we went for our next service which we had pre booked. We were told that we should arrive at 7.30 AM and would be dropped back home. The guy reached at 7.45 AM and very rudely said he could not drop us back home because he was all alone. Then we told him he had to drop us back as we did not have any plan B and I had to get to office. He threatened to throw us out of the property as he said this was private property and we were trespassing.

  First I did a major car service worth 2,600 dollars. Only to find oil leaking when the car reached home. Then they said they had put a wrong gasket. They had to replace it and they said they had done no mistake. Amazing !!
