    Ive noticed one of the staff members she might be indian or srilanka, she is always​ in the store and never acknowledge youre there until you got to the counter and pay

    Ive been to the store at Westfield parramatta on many occasions and purchased clothes and the staff are always rude do you train them? They never greet the customers or smile.

    Temt is a very convenient store where you can find affordable, casual and stylish clothing for various occasions, unfortunately they don't really use natural fibres in their clothing materials. Also, the customer service makes you feel discouraged to continue shopping there. The workers there are just very unfriendly and reluctant to provide the most minimal interactions with customers, e.g: smiling or welcoming you in, or a simple "Thank you" or "You're welcome". Those two reasons are why I stopped shopping there.

    Is she mute? she never says anything or even makes eye contact, no smile at all.
