  Family court does not care about the children. I had one magistrate in Partamatta says to me “I don’t care what your children want”. You will not be heard if you don’t play the game and pay for legal representation. The whole process is dragged out to take as much money as possible from you. Forget about getting a good review from court appointed children’s solicitors. The whole system is corrupt!

  A front for the financial interests of the Law Society . Hopelessly mismanaged. Brutal with children. This instiution needs to be closed down and the work done by competent lawyers like The Federal Court

  It might be nice if they enforced The Family Law Act every once in a blue moon. Mainly the system is used to delay matters so as to driveup legal fees, and make the law as unclear as possible- so as to fly to Bali and give speeches at the annual family law conference. The sooner Pauline drains the swamp the better.

  DONT EVEN BOTHER GOING THROUGH THE FAMILY COURT SYSTEM IF YOUR A MALE! my uncle,who was a respected police officer...had to pay my damned aunt child support...even though the children resided with him and not here (who by this stage racked off to another state and had another family)...so if you got balls in your pants and not your chest...your screwed

  The Family Court is hopeless - to take over 3 years to even reach orders then to also have a social worker interview children who are obviously so fearful of their mother and accept exactly what the children say is a joke. I really thought this Court was about the children but in our case it is definitely not.
