  VERY HAPPY WITH THIS STORE - just bought a camcorder, did not know how to put cards in, or operate it. the Staff - BONNIE and DAN, were very helpful. They took the time to show me how to set it all up. Their Prices were really good, too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this JB HI FI store in George street Parramatta. I Could not be happier and I WILL TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS TO SHOP HERE.

  If you're looking for an extensive range, Macquarie Centre or the City is your go to. The staff are quite attentive, though. If you wander for a short while, they'll ask you if you've been attended too and help you with your problem. One guy even patiently helped me with a bunch of gift cards of varying value. Makes paying for things very fiddly but he asked for help patiently fixed up my transaction.

  The staff told me to wait to the side and someone will come and help me out. I waited 5 minutes and nothing. The same staff again, said to wait to the side and someone will wait. It was getting ridiculous.

  Come to this JBHIFI if you want bad customer service... there is not enough staff here helping around or wanting to help... There was no one at the electronic desk so I went to the main counter to ask one of the staff if I could help on an item.
