    I’m so frustrated with Samsung. The S8 is awesome, however, like many other users, the rear camera has stopped focusing. The problem should be covered under warranty so I dropped the phone off to Samsung Parramatta. They couldn't fix the problem there so they sent it off to a service center. 4 days later the phone arrives back to me and the note on the repair slip says, “camera tested ok, software reinstalled.” I go to use the camera and it still has the same problem. I can’t believe it. To make it worse, the back of the phone is all scratched up. When I sent it off it was in perfect condition, straight out if its case. I’ve tried to contact Samsung 3 days in a row now and every time I talk to someone they can’t help me and give me a phone number that hangs up the second you ring it. Customer service is non-existent with Samsung; I never had any problems with Apple.

    Superb service, and the team really know their stuff. Approached them fairly late in the day (i.e. not too long before closing time) yet they were only too helpful and diagnosed our problem quickly.

    Service was very good. My phone was having very bad issues and the worker there terry was very patient and helpful. Highly recommend going to this store for service.

    Like every business or retail stores there will be atleast one employee who spoils the entire goodwill like that the one and only staff is here in Samsung Parramatta I haven’t seen such a worst staff in my entire life. I think he is a Pakistani or Lebanese not sure but his picture comes first in Google, what an insult to Samsung. He has got serious attitude problems he talks very rudely that you cant even imagine and ever since that I never went to him, my favourite staff is Damien and even all other staffs are really supportive and friendly they come to us and then there is this guy who dont even give a damn all I see him doing every time is siting in a chair checking his mobile or flirting with gilrs either their own sraff or customers when other staffs are working, he dont show any interest in working until a beautiful girl walks in the store. The interesting fact is that he works everyday there may be he is a manager, what a waste of money shame on Samsung. I often visit this store regarding my S8 and accessories and stuffs went to buy a wireless charger after talking to him I completely dropped the plan because he didn’t even had any interest to sell it thats the arrogant way he talked, After that even if there is no other staffs I never go to him I wait for other staff to get free. I also work on same Westfiled, being noticing him everyday is a pain and I feel sad for his fellow workers I wonder the owner or manager ever noticed him. Being a previous Apple user Samsung really need to take customer service seriously and I really do appreciate the owner takes reviews seriously. I would give 5 stars for all other staffs there they were great everytime. Please customers ignore him if you need to get a good service. Girls don’t worry he will run towards you leaving everything to offer a great service, of course not regarding the matter may be something else.

    I bought a new galaxy 8s and was helped by Jess. She did a brilliant job installing all I needed. I found all the staff friendly. Would happily recommend them.
