  My balayage was corrected by Sophie and she did an amazing job! So very talented, listens to what you would like to do and delivers. She never disappoints. The staff are also all so lovely and Jayde in particular. I've always had such a great experience here and would highly recommend to others.

  Had an amazing experience with Katy. She was more than hospitable and accommodating. And made sure that I walked out with something I was happy with. She explained each process in detail and asked if I was comfortable every step of the way. She was knowledgeable on how to tackle my hair type and colour choice. Highly recommend going here. Lovely staff. All of the staff there were great but I recommend asking for Katy!

  A friend of mine had 3 helix and 1 tragus piercing. The helix piercings were fine but the tragus piercing cut through into the skin and halfway into the cartilage. The tragus swelled up and over the piercing and she had to be taken to the hospital twice because on the first day doctors were unsure about what to do and on the second day went to emt to get it taken out. Doctor said the reason the tragus piercing failed was because the piercing used and given was too small. She strictly followed the care instructions so that did not cause the issue. Please vote this up so this issue can be taken into consideration

  I went in to have my dermal removed, after a bad experience at another 'beauty store'. Can I just say, I have never had a more pleasant experience! I was made to feel relaxed and calm, and was explained everything through out the whole process. He took his time, and made sure it was removed the proper way, without much discomfort. Your peircing guy is AMAZING and i will be recommending him to everyone!
