  Do not use them. Three men came , but only two worked the other did very little work. We asked for experienced men to move industrial sewing machines and a piano. They left our home with a damaged front porch tiles from the piano and a hole in the bedroom wall . Refused to pay for the damages. Very little english.

  I was so worried to use this company because of the reviews but i used them last week and had a great experience. I would use them again. Nothing was broken. Everything was moved safely and efficiently.

  Truly appalling service!!!! The removalists were over 7 HOURS LATE!!! We booked for 7:30am and they arrived after 2:30pm. Once they arrived, they refused to move many of our furniture items claiming that the items were too heavy and would only move "heavy stuff" for an additional fee per item which was not mentioned in the quote we were provided by the company.

  Super rip off. The driver laughed at me, complained and ranted about amount they had to move (one bedroom apartment /4.5tone truck). Didn't move things like clothes rack, ironing board or large foam board print. Tried forcing me to sign up for two trips, truck broke down and told me I had to jump start them and also go pick up a new battery. Told me I had to pay cash and said several different amounts. When I refused to pay cash and said they can hold my things but the office was open, he then could use card. Broke plastic boxes and also stole our own moving straps. Tried intimidating my mother (I was not present as I was moving my own house). Took 1pm until 9pm to move fully packed one bedroom apartment 2 suburbs. Would get minus 10 if j could. So stressful.

  Was a complete no-show even though all details and deposit taken the day before. No call, no apology. It was on a Saturday and office was closed, couldn't even get through on the emergency line. Should've read the reviews beforehand as it sounds like it's a common theme. Waited till Tuesday to call in as I wanted to see if they would call to update. Nothing! Had to ring around to get an emergency mover. Used AAA City removalists, they saved the day. Stay away from six brothers!!
